2011 Kids' Summer Soccer Camp

This is the 2nd year that we are holding the kids' soccer camp for children in the age-group of 3-18 years. The overwhelming enthusiasm and interest of the kids keep this program going. This year also, we will be holding the camp on Saturday and Sunday.

Dates                      :     Saturday,  July 9th through Sunday, August 14

Time                       :     5:30 PM - 7:30 PM

Registration Fee : $25.00 (Twenty Five Dollars Only)

(You can pay by cash or check.  You have the option to pay on the  first day of the camp also.)

Please submit a separate registration for each child that you wish to register.
Registration forms to be completed by July 5, 2011.
The soccer camp  starts on Saturday, July 9 and ends on Sunday, August 14, 2011
The soccer  camp is scheduled on every Saturday and Sunday from 5:30 – 7:30 pm between  July 9th & August 14 2011.
Children should be accompanied by one adult, preferably child’s  parent.

Please bring ALL of the following to the camp :
a. White T-Shirt
b.  Black shorts
c. Soccer cleats
d. A pair of shin guard
e. A pair of  soccer sock
f.  1 or 2 bottles of water/ gatorade/ juice as needed
