How to become a MANOFA Member
Membership eligibility criterion  for MANOFA is governed by our By-Laws.  You can become a member by submitting your Application for Membership along with a check for the annual membership fees to MANOFA.

 Alternatively, you could  submit the Online membership form and a MANOFA Committee member will respond to your request and guide you through the process of completing your registration.

Membership  Fees 
You have the option of paying either by Credit Card or by  Check.
Credit Card Payment
Please select your membership type. When you click Add to Cart button, you will be taken to a secure payment page where you will enter your card information.
We do not store your card information. 
  • We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover
    and  Paypal. You do not need a Paypal account to pay with a credit card
